Oops, I came in late in the game

Oops, I feel sheepish, considering I was one of the list announcers.
I just subscribed today. (been busy) 

Looking over the archives, I see that there was a linux libc client
issue that I wasn't aware of.  I had added ejo's keys conditionally
with the inl flag removed since Kurt was about to release a new client
anyway.  Well, since Ahn removed the binaries from ftp.netrek.org,
I've removed the keys.

Oh, I've added the key Kurt just sent (key.cow.linux_libc5).  There
does seem to be another linux libc5 key (key.cow.3.linux_libc5) from
Kurt.  Though that may be the client that's in the middle of expiring
right now.

There seems to be a lot of cruft in the keyring. I was hoping that as
the list subscriber base grows, I could toss the keys out and get
votes on which are safe to go.

Oh, and one last thing, there were 94 unique e-mail addresses in the
keyring. So far, I've gotten about 43 bounces.
