minor 2.2pre6 problems

I have kernel 2.2pre6 working with a few problems:

1) automount doesn't work anymore.
In /var/log/messages I get

Jan 14 00:28:15 www amd[333]: creating autofs service listener
Jan 14 00:28:15 www amd[333]: file server localhost type local starts up
Jan 14 00:28:15 www amd[334]: /net: mount: Operation not supported by
device
Jan 14 00:28:16 www amd[334]: /net: mount: Operation not supported by
device
Jan 14 00:28:16 www amd[334]: mount_amfs_toplvl: Operation not supported
by device
Jan 14 00:28:16 www amd[333]: /net: mount (amfs_auto_cont): Operation not
supported by device

Do I need a newer version of automounter, or did I miss a flag in my
kernel compile for automount? (autofs-3.1.1-8)

2) udma isn't working on my ASUS P5a motherboard:

PCI_IDE: unknown IDE controller on PCI bus 00 device 78, VID=10b9,
DID=5229
PCI_IDE: not 100% native mode: will probe irqs later

Any ideas? Thanks,

Ben
