Bob Tanner is the man to ask.  He's on the list but incredibly difficult
to get ahold of.  Maybe he has a filter set up that flags messages with
his name in it.  I hope so, because I've gotten little response with
emails sent directly to him...I know, he's a busy man, just like the
rest of us. <g>
