PPP up, but no IP

Hello all,

I'm having difficulty setting up a PPP connection.  I believe I've got
it almost completely set up, but the IP connection does not appear to
be working.

In my setup, bloomington is the dialing machine (the client) and
antioch is the answering machine (the server) they are both Linux
boxen.

When I try to ping antioch (192.168.91.128) from bloomington
(192.168.98.2) and vice versa, I get no answer.  Below, I have
included the output of 'route -n' and 'ifconfig' on both sides of the
connection.

Any suggestions as to the fix for this problem would be greatly
appreciated.
