Well it's up and running.

Here's an amusing fact:  NT Service Pack 3 is a prerequisate to Explorer
4.  However, if you visit Microsoft's site and try to download SP3 with
Explorer 2 (the provided browser), it chokes on something on the page and
never loads it.
