Anyone feeling entrepreneurial?
First, read this:

In summary, it's Cringely theorizing that a company could make a hell of a
lot of money by giving away free computers (running free software, of
course), and setting itself up as a service provider -- essentially what the
cellular phone companies have been doing for the past couple of years.
Corel says that the Netwinder LC, a Linux-based network computer, will be
available soon. Their Netwinder DM, a high-powered NC workstation for
developers, is already out, with low-end versions at $899 a pop. I expect
the LC will probably retail at $399 or lower. The tricky part is that for
an NC solution to work well, a standard modem connection just ain't gonna
cut it.
Anybody feel like giving the iMac a run for its money?
