My question is how to mount fat 32 partitions which I am using under Windows98.  I am unable to mount the partitions,

It would depend upon what kernel version you have.  I believe that 2.0.34 is the first version to have fat32 support built in.  If you need fat32 support on a kernel under that you need to patch your kernel.  I don't know the URL off hand but just search http://freshmeat.net and you should be able to find it.
