Yes, they work great!  I loaded RedHat 5.0 on my Dell XPS200 at work and
had zero problems with the hardware.  Be cautioned, though, that since
Dell is a build-on-demand shop there may be slight differences in
hardware between your XPS200 and my XPS200.
