Re: [TCLUG:859] RE: Monitors

i understand budjet constraints, and that's why i have a mag, it was very good
cost/preformance at the time that i bought it (2 years ago). it cost $620,
wich was cheep compared to $800 for a sony or an NEC. budjet is a concern for
me also. i decided to go with a cyrix processor, and a diamond stealth ($170)
instead of a matrox millenium ($250) (remember, this was 2 years ago)

but i feel the monitor is a very important part of computer buying.. since it
is the main output device attached to your computer, i allways skimp on CPU and
drive space, and sometimes ram to get at least a mid quality monitor what good
is 30 fps quake if your monitor is so blury you can't seen anything? :)
