apache upgrade

Going to be upgrading tclug's webserver to 1.2.5 (yes, I know 1.3.1 is
out :-). Tonight (31-Jul) at 7pm CST.

I prefer to be 1 release behind, just for stability. Unless
there are issues people want to address about using 1.3.1?
