Word Perfect Demo is about the only thing I've got on there
right now. I got StarOffice socked away on a win95
partition, but I need space to use it. Everything else came
stock with RedHat pretty much.

Anyone on the list gotten StarOffice to work with RedHat 5.0
or 5.1?

I've been running almost completely as root. I still
haven't figured how to customize my user environments.
Still familiarizing myself with the file system. One of the
confusing things is that UNIX doesn't seem to have a
consistent scheme for storing and running applications.
That's whats confusing me at any rate. One person says use
/opt another uses /usr/local another uses /usr/share. Ahh
what can I say I'm a newbie.
