CDE on 4.2 works, upgrading to 5.0 CDE does not work

I was running 4.2 Redhat and TriTeal's CDE 4.2 and everthing worked
just fine.

I upgraded to 5.0 Redhat and applied the TEDlibcfix and now CDE does
not work.

I get the dtlogin screen, but when I login I get the TriTeal copyright
screen and then something "Bad" happens and I get sent back to the
dtlogin screen.

Any ideas?
