Text-mode ICQ

Well, I haven't been able to get a hold of mICQ, but I _did_ come across
XICQ.. (Even with the 'X', it's not an XWindows program..)

Anyway, it seems to kinda work..  I can at least see who's online.  I
haven't really tried messaging anyone yet..  Apparently, it works, but
only by sending the messages through a server, instead of peer-to-peer
(Doesn't matter a whole lot to me, it usually works that way in my Java
version..)
