RE: [TCLUG:23077] Creative uses for old PCs using Linux?

A 486DX4100 with 32MB of ram can spit out 2 million emails a day using qmail
(http://cr.yp.to).

Firewall.

10/100 ethernet switch. (buy a couple of the 4 port intel Etherexpress
cards for it and load the linux router project on it)

Doorstop.

A diskless Xterminal for your coffee table which displays data from your
main workstation in your bedroom.

What kinds of things can be done using Linux on old PCs, (i.e. 486, Pentium
100, etc)? I am already aware that you can use an older 486 to make a router

out of it, but what other creative things can be done?
