Install another NIC card in box1 ($30).

Make box1 run ipchains (or iptables if kernel 2.4+).

Setup IP masquarding.

If you have some services running on box2 (which is now a non-routable IP) you
can do port forwarding.

Or, find a nice ISP and get DSL. :-)
