     Create a directory to mount your winfroze partition, obviously I'm
fond of naming it /winfroze.  Then you should be able to do:

mount /dev/hdc1 /winfroze

     That of course depends on your hdd being ide, and being the primary
master on the secondary ide channel.  It also depends on your kernel
having support for msdos/vfat either compiled in or available in module
form.  If you want it mounted automagically add this to your /etc/fstab:

/dev/hdc1   /winfroze   vfat    defaults   1   1
