Hi,

I recently installed Slackware 7.1 on an HP Pavilion.  I ran the x86fconfig
program to set up the video and tried startx.
GNOME came up ok but the mouse doesn't work.  I don't really know where to
start.  What things should I be checking for?
What's the best way to go about isolating the problem?
