Looking at your list I see two areas that are not really addressed:

Web publishing (how people, even nonprogrammers can create, maintain,
and publish web pages)

Search engines (how people find the web pages they want)

Just like real architecture has producers and users, the web architecture
has producers and users too.

I think you want to look at why pages get built and why people go
to them.  You need to understand the needs that people have in order
to understand how to satisfy them.
