Promise Ultra66 Setup

Can anyone point me to some info on setting up a Promise Ultra 66 card to
work under RedHat 6.1?  

I have checked out the Ultra-DMA HOWTO, but it seems to be quite out of
date.  

I checked out the Linux.com hardware database and got a little more help
but I still haven't figured it out.

Any pointers?  (If someone here is familiar with setting this up I can
also give the symptoms).
