No, no. I'm pretty sure that SCSI devices have always used LBA as its drive addressing scheme. I think they are subject to needing Int13h support, tho (which is why any remotely new SCSI card supports it). As far as efficiency, Large support (ECHS) worked by halving the cylinder count, and doubling the head count until the cylinder count was 1024 or less. Icky. Nick Reinking
