Just an FYI to anyone who was still having trouble burning a CD from the
images Bob provided.  

Linuxcare now has an ISO image availible on their website
(http://www.linuxcare.com/bootable_cd).  I was never able to get Bob's
images working on either a regular cd or a business card sized cd, but
this one worked on both.
