It is completely customizable, from the number of forks squid spawns, how much
memory it uses, to how much disk cache is available.  As always, more disk
translates to a better cache.  If it's only two people, you probably don't need
a whole lot.  Perhaps a couple hundred megs.  The memory is a non issue.  If
you've got 16 or 32 megs, you're fine.
