mail filtering

I currently use M$ outlook express and Eudora for reading and
writing pop mail
for the simple reason of mail filtering.
I want to use pine and pgp4pine on linux but I need a filter solution
on my pop server.  I currently am using qmail as my mailer on a SUSE
6.3 server. and I am looking for a filter solution for mail on linux
that will work with qmail.  
I was hoping that someone may be in tune to such a solution.

(mail filtering: filter incoming mail based on recipient to separate
folders based on user)  [thought that I would clarify what I mean by
mail filtering]
