Actually, and I apologize in advance for this being miles off topic, the
quote (the original phrasing) is often misattributed to Churchill. I
certainly thought so 'till I saw it on the Churchill Myths page at
churchill.org. The phrasing I have is from the excellent movie
'Swimming with Sharks' with Kevin Spacey.
