I believe I sent it to info@nvidia.com, as that was the best address I
could find on their web site.  You could probably find a better address
by looking through the mail archives of the GLX project
(http://utah-glx.sourceforge.net/) or by talking to John Carmack (who
does a lot of the work on GLX).
