Again, see if you can try to find a way to shape it, and publish
how.
I have half a mind to see if I can set up port forwarders
scattered around the Internet so you'd have to block half the Internet
to keep Naptser users from connecting to the server.
I wonder if the software uses a standard port for
client-to-client communications?
