L13Plus Linux distribution

What does anybody know about this distribution?  L13Plus?

Here is the information I was able to gather so far (from linux.org):

"A new Linux distribution has been born. It's name is L13Plus. Don't ask us
what this means. Doesn't matter! It's a big project that will deliver a high
quality Linux distribution. Our goals are security, stability, support,
automatic update of packages and all packages (with sources) on CDs. "

This sounds like the "FreeLinux" I have been hoping to see emerge.  A Linux
distribution with the ports and source code structure of FreeBSD.

Has anybody heard anything about this before?
