getting HelixCode

Hey *,

I'm trying to get the Helixcode packages. Man that site it getting
hammered!

Anway, I've tried option #1 and #2 for installing it, but I think the
school's firewall is preventing it from working. Does anyone know what
method is being used to fetch the packages? I've got a .wgetrc file, an
HTTP_PROXY environment variable, and lynx set up to use the proxy, but
nothing comes through. I suppose it's possible that the site is just too
busy... Any ideas?
