Re: [TCLUG:14417] Bogus Files

Are you using Qmail? I had this problem when I didn't replace the sendmal
file with the Qmail replacement. I happened when I placed symlinks to the
~/Mailbox fill in /var/spool/mail/
good luck

Anyone know anything About BODUS.*** files in /var/spool/mail? On the
server here at school we have 20 or 30 of them, all are name BOGUS.<three
letter combo>, and all have the permissions of different user.... IE,
BOGUS.dcf <rw-rw---- user mail>

Ideas? Safe to delete? push The Panbic button?

If it Helps, it RH 4.2 with kernel 2.0.35 running Sendmail, basically Out
of the Box config.... And yes we know it's time for an Update!
