Ghost for Linux
Hey everyone,
I sent an email to Grady Hannah (of Linuxcare) mentioning that I thought a
Linux port of Ghost might be useful. He responded with the message I've
included below. Does anyone here have any specific comments they'd like to
make. I'll summarize them in a message back to Grady.
BTW, I've been having a discussion of IRC this morning about whether a
Ghost-like program is even needed on a Unix platform. My opinion is that
it would be handy in certain circumstances. I'd certainly be interested.
Later,
Tim

Hi Tim,
I have contacted the VP in charge of Market development for Symantec and
gotten things rolling. Can you do me a favor and tell me the specific areas
where you think ghost on Linux would be especially useful?
Any "ammo" you can provide me with will be helpful.
Thanks,
Grady
