Customer Service Software (follow up from Linuxcare)

Well, since I am impressed with Linuxcare's knowledgebase, I went and hit the
Right Now web site <http://www.rightnowtech.com/> for their flagship product
called "Right Now Web". $20,000 for a 2 year license! Man expensive stuff.

I cannot believe there is not sume sort of Open Source project to fill this
void.
