I bought my cables from a company called Dalco. 
[http://www.dalco.com].  They have a *huge* stock of
just about any kind of cable you could ever want, so
I'm planning on buying all my future cables from them.

They're really reliable, and they are located in Indiana,
so UPS ground is only a 2 day affair.  Dalco has up to
100' double-shielded VGA cables, just so you know. ;)
