Colocation: providers

Hello tclug members,

I am in the process of choosing a new Service Provider for colocation
and DSL services and would like suggestions for reputable providers.

My current ISP has become unresponsive to my requests for DNS
configuration which has led to me building a rather messy configuration
and I really need someone that's responsive and knows what they're doing.

I'd prefer someone with a downtown MPLS colocate facility but location
isn't the primary concern. Pricing, DNS routing and response time to
change request times are my primary concerns.

I'd like to change my DSL provider to the company that I select for
colocation. I've been recieving DSL service that has a 2,000 megabyte
monthly ceiling and it's really cost me a couple times. I'm running
webserver and mail services. With the colocate I should be able to get one
of those 256kb connections that has the unlimited transfer. Static IP
would be nice and really only requires one address.

Anyway, suggestions based on reputation or personal experiences are much
appreciated.
