Squid logs all HTTP requests by default.  I told a rather large company
before that if they tell all of their employees that web requests are
watched and logged, no one will want to be "caught with their pants
down" <g>. 

Throw a perl script in cron to grep the squid logs for
[sex|porn|<explitive>|etc] and throw the output in an e-mail to you.  

If people know this stuff is being watched for they probably won't do it
- no one wants to be known as a pr0n freak.
