I was asked to do the same thing here a few months ago. What I did was
explain why there's no real practical way to block all porn sites and not
block legit sites, other than have a real person intercept EVERY http
request, go to the site, lok it through and then personally approve/deny.
That said, you can always put ipchains/netfilters on the machine the
proxy's running on. And I hope nobody can bypass the proxy!
