One option would be HP's line of 'OfficeJet' printers. I'm not sure if they are
network-capable, but you could hook up an external HP JetDirect box or an Intel
NetportExpress print server without too much trouble (they are fairly easy to
manage -- you usually have to install administration software on Windows,
though..)
