Yes, but do not go through the website.  I used an ftp client (Leech) in
order to get the file (it had reconnect/resume type goodies).  In addition,
I started at 7:30 am and finished at 10:30 am.  I doubt you will be able to
get at it except in the dead of night/dawn breaking time period.
