Windows Refund Day?

Just curious if anyone on the list had tried to do anything for Windows
Refund Day.  I seem to remember hearing some rumblings about it a few
weeks ago, but it didn't really sound like much was going to happen in
this area..

Anyway, I don't qualify for a refund myself -- I'm just curious.
