Try using WMPrefs which comes (or should come) with Windowmaker (rpm -ql
windowmaker to find it, it might be somewhere obscure). It should let you
set everything up.If you really prefer wmaker-conf, you might have to
recompile it.

I don't have a 'wmclock' on my system, so I assume it's not part of the
Windowmaker dist. You can probably get binaries/sources for it at
ftp.windowmaker.org.
