lilo.conf and dual booting

Problem: Cannot boot to my second hard drive with Linux after installing
system
commander

I installed linux 5.2 successfully on my 1st hard drive...everything Ok
boots fine
I then added another hard drive as the master drive and changed the
linux hard drive
to a secondary master..the reason for this was system commander required
a fat16
partitian.

I installed 2 partitions on the first drive on DOS fat 16 and
one with NTFS The DOS fat 16 uses a 50mb fat 16 partition required by
system
commander
I then installed system commander deluxe ( latest version) in the C:\
system commander found Linux and NT but would not boot up linux
NT is on the first second partitian and boots fine with system commander

I wanted to proceed to change the Lilo.conf file to allow the linux
drive to boot but I
do not know what the settings should be..

also is there any way to boot to the second hard disk from a linux boot
floppy?

When I ran fdisk it said the linux drive as a secondary was hdc1
Im not sure what is the correct settings for this in the lilo config.
it seems to me it would be the 3rd partitian

Or does anyone know of a better way to do it?
