You may want to try holding the shift key when you click the reload icon.
I read somewhere that this causes Netscape and some other browser to
totally avoid their local cache.  I have also seen this problem on the
server side of some html servers, but this has more to do with changing
GIF files.  I got around this by renaming them (a major kludge).
