I recall the conversation that you're referring to but I don't remember
the subject line. However, if you're looking at remote or colocating a
machine the ISP I use iaxs.net will provide 2,000 mb of data per month
on their t1 backbone for $150 a month. There's probably a bunch of
places offering this type of service. I'ld definitely shop it out.
If US Disapointment doesn't come through with radsl pretty soon I am
going to be colocating my server. US West is currently a month behind on
their install date and from what I can gather it's not going to be
available to me any time soon.
