I have an Intel bug?

As I was reviewing my boot-up, I found a line that went something like 
this:  Intel Pentium with F0 0F bug found - workaround enabled

Can anyone tell me what this means?  Is this something I shold be concerned 
about?  RH apparently has a workaround, but does this affect performance?
