Real Time is looking for another Java Developer

Real Time Enterprises is looking for a software developer with Java expertise.
Specifically Servlet and JSP development.

Real Time develops exclusively under Linux, so the ideal candidate must be
Linux savvy. Open source development tools like vi, emacs, and the command
line are your friends.

Knowledge of Linux, CVS and Bugzilla are mandatory.

Understanding the concept of Open Source and the no-sphere are a bonus. You
should understand the difference between the Cathedral and the Bazaar.

If you really want to impress us, you'll know about or have experience with the
following Apache Projects and the associated API:

 tomcat - http://jakarta.apache.org/tomcat/index.html
 ecs - http://java.apache.org/ecs/index.html
 cocoon - http://xml.apache.org/cocoon/index.html
 xalan - http://xml.apache.org/xalan/index.html
 xerces - http://xml.apache.org/xerces-j/index.html

A MAJOR bonus would be experience with Lutris Technologies Enhydra Application
Server.

The position is located in Eden Prairie, MN and you would be required to work
from this office.

Compensation? Yeah, you'll get paid. :-) Fill in your favorite human resource
garbage here. You know fair market price this, ability that, experience,
blah, blah, blah....

Perks? Yes, there are Perks!

You get free broadband connectivity to where you sleep! I say sleep, because
you'll live at the office right? :-)

A kick butt VALinux workstation with monster monitor.

A smooth NEC Versa LX laptop.

Cell or pager, your choice.

Cool Real Time golf tee-shirts.

Free Mt. Dew, the nectar of the gods (ok, coke, Pepsi, dr. pepper and some of
the lesser forms of life)

Free play time on stand-up arcade games (smashTV and gauntlet).

Free 'The Wall' poster from VALinux.

You will get to work for a company that 'gets' Linux and is actively promoting
the merit of Linux.

Interested developers should send their resume or url of their resume via email
to jobs@real-time.com.

(If you want to impress me, you'll send me your resume in XML format, associate
DTD and XSL stylesheet! :-P)
