Wanted: Two Unix Project Supervisors

 Large Minnapolis company is looking for two full time Unix Project
Supervisors(one at a lower level). Salary is $62k to $93k.
 
 Responsible for servicing multiple operating company requests. May include
prioritizing work and delegating responsibilities to other Consultants/
Technical Analysts. Translate requirements for new systems into system
specifications. Negotiate with vendors and price new systems inclusive of
hardware and software components. Write definitions of work and provide
quotes for CEP(Capital Expense Proposal) and purchase order requests.
Develop comprehensive system documentation.
 
 Also responsible for vendor support management as well as installation,
maintenance and administration of HP and other UNIX operating systems,
software, hardware, third party systems software and other closely
associated technologies including communications.
 
 
 Excellent UNIX systems administration technical skills in a large server
environment are required. HP-UX experience highly desirable. Excellent
interpersonal, organization and written communication skills required.
Project planning/management experience including project scope and objectives
definition is also required. Ability to work in fast paced and dynamic
environment.
 
 Eight years IS experience, including 4 years UNIX systems administration in
the support of enterprise business applications is required. Four year
computer related technical degree or equivalent experience.
