Do you have the source for Setup.java?

If you do, you can start your server using -Xmaxjitcodesize0 to turn
the jit off, which will give you a line number (instead of 'Compiled
Code').  Then it's pretty easy to find out what is null.

If you need, you can decompile most code to get the source with any
number of decompilers.
