New TCLUG mailing list: tclug-mirrors

I have setup a read-only mailing list called tclug-mirror.

The purpose of this mailing list will be a daily posting of all the new files
that where mirrored overnight into the TCLUG ftp mirror.

I find the information useful, because I do not have time to go the ftp site
and look at ALL the files to see which ones are new. So, I have the mirror
process mailing me just the new files, so I thought since I found this
useful, someone else might as well.
