CF: poison bug

In current version of CF, an extra attack type for poison, AT_INTERNAL 
is added. 
But AT_INTERNAL does not seem to be identified by server, 
and poison does not work correctly.
The following patch is S.Yoshioka's work.

p.s. Attacktype of some diseases may also be changed to AT_INTERNAL?
