Mailing list redo.

Since the main mailing list is currently at realtime, I would like to finish up
the seperation of the mailing lists and discontinue the use of the ifi aliases
(hopefully by July.)

If you see any problems with these proposed lists, please do followup on this
discussions.

I'm not sure if we need/want the rte- prefix on these - either way, it doesn't
change the idea much

crossfire-announce: For announcement of new versions. Not that frequently
used. Moderated list in which only I (or the tanners) can send mail out on.

crossfire-cvs: Messages about updates to the cvs repository. This can be
useful for people running servers who want to see what may have changed to
determine if they do an update, but don't want all the discussion. Also, it
would be very easy to modify the cvs repository so all commits are automatically
sent to this list (the info on them), which might be another reason to keep it
seperate. Peter - I can provide the details on how to do that.

crossfire-developers: More technical list about the developement/programming
of crossfire. Discussion of creation of maps would also apply here. bugs would
also be sent to this list. This could potentially be subdievided further
(probably down the road) based on maps, client, server, editor, and any other
major pieces.

crossfire-players: Mailing list for people playing crossfire. Open for more
general questions (how do I solve this? what is the best armor, etc)

Some crosstalk between the players and developers list would be expected (for
example, a discussion on over deadly spells may start on players and end up on
developers.)

The current rte-crossfire should go away at some point, but probably best for
it to bounce back a message basically containing the lists above and have them
re-send it to the right one. If the top list continues to exist, the use of the
sublists probably would not be that high, limiting their usefulness.

To jumpstart these lists, I would suggest the the announce, developers, and
players list all start with the current rte-crossfire list, and people can
change their subscription habits to more closely match their desired interest
level.
