CF: Healing Hall

Hi,

 Has anyone had problems getting out of the healing hall in map 1?  A 
couple of us were stuck in there and couldnt get out...there is a portal 
exit there but it was like closed with no apparent means of opening it. 
Is this a bug perhaps?  Kinda sucked because I just made it to level 2 
too :(
